The girls' basketball team banquet will be after February break. More

Media Club Begins!!!

Tomorrow, February 9 through Friday, February 12 at 7:15am, the Media Club
will be gathering in the Sound Room with Miss Fuller to practice Pod
Casting. If everything goes smoothly with this week's practice, the Media
Club will be doing their LIVE pod cast after vacation!

The Media Club is growing and want you to be a part of the new change! They are going to be changing some morning announcements from the telephone to a LIVE pod cast for teachers to display! But they need students who want to be in charge of the lighting, cameras, sound, what's reported, and time! The Media Club will be meeting before homeroom so it does not impact any other Club or activity! So, if you have ever wanted to be a part of a creative club or a news cast, join the Media Club. They are meeting once more during Academic Focus today in Miss Fuller's room!

Harlem Super Stars coming to Old Town High School

 
The Harlem Super Stars are coming to the Old Town High School to play against your very own Penobscot Dream Team featuring local students, coaches, alumni, and celebrities in an evening of showtime basketball at its best. Join us for a great night of family fun, outrageous slam dunks, trick shots, comedy, and tons of tons of audience participation and fan-to-player interaction. During halftime the Harlem Super Stars will bring the kids out of the stands to participate in a contest for a chance to win a prize. You won’t want to miss the slam dunks, music, autographs, trick shots, razz a dazz passing, dancing and halftime show. This is truly an evening you and your kids will not forget.
