Please contact me as soon as you can after the problem occurs and provide as much information to me as you can about tech problem.

The sooner you call me and the more information I have about the problem the faster I can solve it and get you back up and running.

There may be times when I cannot get to your problem right away due to an emergency or other crisis.

I will be working for all three schools and with around a thousand computers sometimes things just hit the fan.

If you are ever at LMS please feel free to drop by anytime 7 am till 2 pm.
