WRAP UP OF FALL ARTS FESTIVAL

The festival wrapped up when the entire school met again in the gym for one last performance. We had an amazing drummer who involved the crowd in his performance. He showed the kids the instruments he brought and had some students on stage with him playing. By the end, kids were up and dancing!

WE'LL MISS YOU DELANEY

Today was Delaney's last day at our school. She's moving and will surely be missed. Here's a last class photo with her before the kids devoured the cupcakes!

SCHOOL SPIRIT

Today students showed their school spirit by wearing an Old Town shirt. We had 3 of the 4 community colors represented!

MRS. RIVERS

So as I went around taking pictures of the festival I happened to stop by to see what Mrs. Rivers, our secretary, was up to. This is how she was spending her time.

Here's Randy learning how to knit. At the end of the workshop kids were able to take home the knitting they had started so they could finish.

Kailey went to the drawing workshop that fireman Dan taught. He showed them different techniques and then students practiced with their own drawings.

TJ and Tianna went to the jewelry making workshop where they looked at jewelry and watched how it was made.

Tyler went to scrapbooking and Kaitlynn made a beautiful necklace.
