| 1. There will be no mercy rule in baseball and softball. |
| 2. There will be a two hour, fifteen minute time limit. |
| 3. No new inning will start after this time limit has expired. For most games that start at 3:30 PM this would mean no new inning should start after 5:45 PM. |
| 4. Softball plays by National Federation rules. More specifically, all EMMSL schools agreed to play nine in the field, with no extra hitters. |
| A teams have a 10 game schedule. B teams have an 8 game schedule per EMMSL league regulations. |
