Treasurer Report:  11,736 savings
                                    2,658.64 checking
Beth will bring hard copy of finances each month to meeting
Fall fundraiser brought in about $8600—50% profit

Expenses:
          Science Camp 2006 bill was                                      $8,263.58
          Leaders Scholar Dinner                                             $300.00—spring event
          Science Fair (boards/supplies/judge’s luncheon)      $300.00
          Teacher Appreciation luncheon                                 $200.00
          Spaghetti Dinner supplies                                          $85-90
          
Usually make $100 per dance on water and candy at dances
Usually make $200 or so on spaghetti dinners

Fundraiser
          106 orders from 306 kids, top seller Patrick Boutaugh, Top Classroom with         
          10 kids participation with $833 dollars sold—Mrs.Quimby (they get a party)
Spaghetti Dinner—11/16 4pm
          Andrea to coordinate volunteers (Amy, Andrea,Joanne, Anna)
          Ann took all members numbers in case they were needed
          Student council set the price $3.00 per person $10 family of 4
         
Teacher request:
          Peggy Boone large flat screen TV for Science class—no funds at this time
          Roberta will respond with a letter
Dances:
          Nerd ropes are popular, starburst-regular, sour skittles
          Need people to volunteer at dances—need 2 staff members, 1-admin
          Really need 10 folks to commit to be there
          Snowball you need 2 just to take pictures
          Email Roberta to volunteer
12/21—Holiday extravaganza at Hermon High School to benefit OTHS music

What are we doing with ink cartridges/is there a box to collect box tops?
Andrea Gifford filed a paper to see if Key bank would fund science camp next year

3) Passing out the fundraiser. Which consists of delivering the boxes to homerooms. he students will take home bags on Friday
