Motion by Mrs. Conary, seconded by Mrs. Dupuis to approve the minutes of the 1/15/2008 (School Board Meeting) 2/7/08 (Curriculum and Policy Sub-Committee) and 3/13/2007 (Curriculum and Policy Sub-Committee) (WHITE).

Recommended Action: The Board of Directors approves the 2008-2009 School Calendar as presented by the Superintendent of Schools.

Motion: Mrs. Conary Second: Mrs. Dupuis Vote: 7-0

VIII NEW BUSINESS--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A. List of Volunteer Athletic Coaches in compliance with School Board Policy IJOC.

B. 2008-2009 Budget

Recommended Action: The Board of Directors approves the 2008-2009 budget in the amount of $14,119,226.94 as recommended by the Superintendent of Schools.
