Present:   Mr. Dill, Mr. Wollstadt, Mrs. Conary, Mr. Sagner, Mrs. Dupuis, Ms. Judd and Mrs. Morin.

Also Present:  Joe Gallant, Loretta Robichaud, Paula Folster, Jeanna Tuell, Judith Pusey, Jon Doty, Jamie Dufour, John Keane, Barbara Gunn and Doug Shorey.

 

II.                APPROVAL OF MINUTES  ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Motion by Mrs. Morin, seconded by Ms. Judd to approve the minutes of the 8/28/2007 (School Board Meeting) (WHITE).

Recommended Action:  The Board of Directors approves the policies as recommended by the Curriculum and Policy Committee for second reading.

VIII     NEW BUSINESS--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

A.    Approval of a Lease Purchase

 

        Recommended Action:  That the Board approve the lease purchase of (2) Apple Mobile Learning Labs with associated equipment for the Old Town Elementary School.  Total (including interest) to be financed over three years = $51,834.00.  (This lease was negotiated in September, 2006.)

 

Motion: Mr. Wollstadt            Second:  Ms. Judd                 Vote:   7-0
