Present:   Mr. Dill, Mr. Wollstadt, Mrs. Conary, Mrs. Dupuis, and Ms. Judd.

Motion by Mrs. Conary, seconded by Ms. Judd to approve the minutes of the 2/27/2007 (School Board Meeting) and the 3/8/2007 (Curriculum and Policy Sub-Committee Meeting)

                     No action was taken at this time on the above listed policies.

 

 

VIII.         NEW BUSINESS: (PINK)

A.           Ratification of Old Town Schools Administrators Association Agreement.

Recommended Action:  The Board of Directors ratifies the agreement with the Old Town Administrators Association for the period 7-1-06 through 6-30-09. 

 

Motion:      Mr. Wollstadt               Second: Ms. Judd                           Vote: 4-0              

 

B.           Executive Session – Negotiations OTEA III

 

Recommended Action:  That the Board enter into executive session as outlined in          I M.R.S.A. 405 (6) (d).
