Have you been wondering how to send an e-mail to everyone in OTSD or at your school?
Here is how you find mailing list on the new e-mail:
Open a new e-mail and click on the “to”

Then select "All Groups" from the pull down menu.

Then...

After you click OK continue with your message as normal.
Is your school not on the list? It will be there soon so keep checking back...
Need to contact the Helpdesk?
You will notice that there are new addresses for the Helpdesk. When sending an e-mail to the Help desk please select the helpdesk for your school and it will get to the correct person(s) for that school. Remember to always send a help desk request for a technology issue even if you have spoken to us in out in the halls or wherever. That way we have a record of the issue and in case we forget or are called away on an emergency.
When you send the helpdesk request be sure to include as much information as you can. Such things as any error messages, symptoms, what troubleshooting steps you have done and anything else that you may think may help us diagnose the problem.
