In Entourage (mac users only) open up a new e-mail message.

Click on “Click here to add recipients”

Then choose “Directory” from the drop down menu (#1)

Enter a portion of the name you would like to send an e-mail to. (#2)

Double click on the name you want.

Then click outside of the window and the name will appear in the “To” of the new e-mail.

Continue as normal.
