When you are using the Exchange webmail create a new e-mail message

Then:

You will get a pop up window that looks similar to the one below (without the directions of course).

Follow the arrows…

Once you click on to the mane is added to the e-mail message. 

Click close and continue with your new e-mail message as normal.

The directions for Entourage will be on the way soon.
